Dr. Judit Pacsay
Judit has obtained her degree in 1970 at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences (ÁJK) of the Eötvös Lóránd University (ELTE) and since then she has been working as a lawyer – with only a little break. She worked as a company lawyer for many companies dealing with international trade and also as the leader of the company law department of the CHEMOLIMPEX Vegyipari Külkereskedelmi Vállalat. During this period she has also provided free legal aid for the private cases of the employees. Since the political changes in Hungary in 1989 she has been working for the interests of the clients firstly as a member of the 86. Legal Counselling Association and then as the manager of the law office founded by her.
In the course of her legal career she has continuously developed her knowledge and has taken higher level examinations in English and French. After a course organized by the Institute of Post-graduate Legal Studies of the ELTE ÁJK she has obtained the title “contracting lawyer” and then following a course organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the title “international trade specialized lawyer”. The English language used by her during her whole career enables her to provide highly professional assistance for foreign clients directly and indirectly through Hungarian subsidiaries of foreign companies and persons.
Dr. Tamás (Zoltán) Sándor LL.M.
Tamás has obtained his degree at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences (ÁJK) of the Eötvös Lóránd University (ELTE) and has started to gain experience already during his studies in a law firm with a staff of almost 20. After a course organized by the Institute of Post-graduate Legal Studies of the ELTE ÁJK besides the practical experiences Tamás has also obtained his postgraduate degree (LL. M) and studied the special regulations regarding the real estate law and this entitled him to use the Legium Master title as specialized lawyer.
Thanks to his dedicated professional interests Tamás is very agile on the field of litigation, where defending the interests of the clients of the law firm in court is the basic task, and in addition to the abovementioned the following are his special fields of expertise: legal regulations regarding intellectual property, data protection and infraction law.
His advanced knowledge of the English language enables him to provide highly professional assistance for foreign clients directly and indirectly through Hungarian subsidiaries of foreign companies and persons.
Besides his work as a legal professional Tamás is also invited several times to give lectures for students of law at further education and university courses.
Dr. Zsuzsanna Sauer
Zsuzsa has obtained her degree in year 2002 at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences (JÁK) of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University (PPKE) and since completing the bar exam in year 2007, she works as a lawyer.
Thanks to her dedicated professional precision, Zsuzsa mostly helps us with the fields of corporate, real property law and debt management during our cooperation with knowledge of German language.
Dr. Ágnes (Kornélia) Kiss
Ágnes graduated in 2006 from Eötvös Lóránd University of Science, Faculty of Law. After having received her degree, she gained practice in the field of administration, then at law firms with international clientele. She concluded her professional legal examinations in January 2011. She has attended the joint LL.M. course German language of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and Eötvös Lóránd University of Science, Faculty of Law.
In the course of her work she mainly deals with economic law, civil law, corporate law and company registration proceedings, real estate, civil litigious and non-litigious representation, and uses her experience gained in the field of administrative law in administrative proceedings, mainly in the area of consumer protection law. Language skills: German, English and Spanish
Dr. Lajos Mózes
Lajos has obtained his degree at the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2013. He gained practice in the field of tax administration, then at law firms in downtown with international clientele. During these years he represented the Clients' interests in administrative procedures as well as in enforcement phases and he also participated in ligitations with proactive attiude. He concluded his professional bar examinations in April 2019.
In the course of his work he mainly deals with economic law, civil law, corporate law and company registration proceedings, civil litigious and non-litigious representation, and uses his experience gained in the field of administrative tax law in administrative proceedings. He is supporting our Law Firm's team as attorney at law with knowledge of English language.
